Why are my prices cheaper
As I am semi retired I have de-registered from VAT as my turnover is below £85,000 per year
In addition I work at home in a log cabin workshop , no rent rates or staff to pay
Why do I not advertise die stamped signet rings
If you want the best and can afford to pay for it there are plenty of other suppliers offering die stampings as standard in conjunction with hand engraving I can highly recommend Rebus .
I on the other hand believe that the technique I use for making cast signet rings in some ways is superior as they are cast to order in your finger size, are generally heavier and cost less.
Why do I offer only laser crest engraving
Again if you can afford to pay on average £300.00 for a crest engraving Rebus and Dexster are possibly the best in the country offering over the counter hand engraving services.
My laser engraving technique is on average HALF THE PRICE because although it takes me as long if not longer to engrave one crest , I reserve the right to re use every design I engrave & the repeat engravings that I use it for makes up for the discount applied when ordered.CLICK HERE
How long will my order take
Please allow when ever possible FOUR WEEKS, time to make each ring to order and submit in a batch of 5 rings minimum to the assay office for hallmarking.
Urgent orders can be accomodated at extra cost by sending individual rings to the assay office

I believe in getting it right first time , because of this I do not advertise lightweight cheap rings for you to order in error, if you do not know what head size you need then ask and I will send you out plastic samples to try on first. It is always adviseable to phone before placing an order
What do I do if I am really unhappy with my order
Phone me , since selling internet only based about 8 years I have supplied approximately 800 crest engraved signet rings and about 1000 masonic or initial engraved check my feedback.
Talk on the phone and I will arrange to replace your order once I have clarified the issues..
Overseas clients please read
One of the other reasons I do not supply a money back guarantee is also the same reason I do not accept responsibility if overseas orders go missing in transit. I simply have more orders than I can handle , therefore I can afford to turn away orders and need not gamble my time dealing with Royal Mail claims or Paypal claims for refunds. Only 2 parcels have gone missing in 8 years and both re-appeared a long time later having been tied up in customs.
